Try This “All In One” Ab Exercise

Try the “V up” ( jackknife or pike) for a complete abs workout in one exercise, which may therefore be perhaps the single best ab exercise of all. All you have to do is lie on your back with your legs straight and your arms stretched over your head. Now simultaneously lift your legs and body, keeping your legs as straight as possible and try to touch your hands and feet together. Lower yourself back from the top position, but keep your feet off the floor, and repeat. Go for as many reps as you can but be aware that this is a very tough exercise hitting all parts of your abs and lower back simultaneously, and providing a vigorous cardio test as well.
